CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Cancellation Prior to Shipment
If you wish to cancel your order before it is shipped from our warehouse, no additional cancellation fee will be charged.
To request a cancellation, please contact AARON M AURA as soon as possible after placing your order.
Once an eligible cancellation request has been received and approved, a full refund will be initiated. We recommend submitting your cancellation request within 12 hours of placing your order to allow sufficient time for the cancellation to be processed before the goods are prepared or dispatched for shipment.
Return Policy
All goods sold are generally non-refundable except under the following circumstances:
1. Failed Delivery.
2. Wrong or Incorrect Delivery.
3. Goods damaged during delivery.
Only products purchased directly from the AARON M AURA online store are eligible for consideration under this Return & Refund Policy.
Products purchased through third-party retailers, resellers, marketplaces, or other sales channels are not covered by this policy. Any return or refund request for such purchases must be made directly with the respective retailer or platform according to their own return and refund policy.
Incorrect:
The item received is different from the item stated in your order.
The wrong size, colour, variation, or product was delivered, where applicable.
One or more items included in your confirmed order are missing from the package.
Damaged:
The item is found to be damaged upon receipt. Products that have been used, tampered with, refurbished, altered, or modified after delivery may not be eligible for return. Where applicable, customers may be responsible for shipping charges associated with returning the goods.
Returned Items Must Meet the Following Requirements:
The item must be shipped back to us within 7 working days upon receipt, as supported by the relevant postal or courier receipt.
You must provide valid proof of purchase, such as your order number, invoice, or receipt.
The item must be in new condition and returned with its original packaging and any free gifts, accessories, or promotional items received with it.
All original packaging must be unused, unmarked, and not unnecessarily damaged or defaced.
The item must be returned in its original box or suitable protective packaging to prevent damage during return delivery.
Once payment has been confirmed and the order has entered processing, changes to the order may not be permitted. Cancellation requests should therefore be submitted within the 12-hour cancellation period stated above and before the order has been processed or shipped. Cancellations due solely to a change of mind after processing or shipment will not be accepted.
AARON M AURA reserves the right to reject any cancellation, return, or refund request that does not meet the requirements of this policy or is reasonably considered invalid or unreasonable.
Return Policy
Your full refund will be initiated once we have received and examined the returned goods. Once the returned goods fulfil the requirements of our Return & Refund Policy, the applicable refund will be processed according to your original payment method.
For Online Bank Transfer: Approved refunds will be credited to the applicable bank account through online bank transfer, which should generally be reflected within 3–5 working days after processing.
For Credit Card Refunds: Approved refunds will be submitted to the card-issuing bank through the applicable payment channel.
Kindly contact your card-issuing bank regarding the duration of the credit refund.
